The review of this article price in California is not current, but it occurred approximately one year ago. The prices of gasoline increased over night on the first week of October. It increased to about $4 or more per gallon. This made the the consumers not being able to travel as far and pay the prices that they wanted. It effected the motorists more due to the fact that they pay higher gas prices than the drivers. California's drivers felt that they are being penalized and the other countries are paying less. However, California do pay higher prices than most of the states in the US due to the strict environment regulations.
