The world population has reached over the earth carrying capacity. According to scientists at Standford University have warned that the Earth is reaching a tipping point. Due to all the technology and the way human genetically modified food, population are increasing all around. Humans are destroying the ecological life-support system and according to the Millennium Alliance for Humanity and the Biosphere at Stanford, children today when they reach middle age, the life-support system on earth will be damaged. An example of the reaching over the carrying capacity, the state of California. California is one of the most populated state in the world, one out of ten. There are many trash washing up on the coast, 157 endangered species, looming water shortages, 8/10 most air polluted cities in the country. The population of California is 38 million people which increased up 10 % in a decade. Population are doubling from the explosive birthrates growth. The government is creating a policies to encourage child-bearing.
